Peter Oberrauch in TV

On June 6^th Peter Oberrauch gave an interesting interview in the TV show Südtirol Heute (Link: http://tvthek.orf.at/program/Suedtirol-heute/1277675) on ORF channel. Topic was the very old pear sort named ,,Palabirne“, which is a very special type of pear from South Tyrol. In the course of the interview Peter Oberrauch created a delicious Risotto with the high-quality Palabirnen products from the South Tyrolean Vinschgau Valley. Certainly many of the TV viewers would have been excited to taste the Risotto themselves.
