The 3rd Night of Gourmet Stars
On October 18th the Gourmet Festival took place for the third and last time at the Hotel Paradies. This time, Peter Oberrauch had the pleasure to work together with Star Chef Marco Sacco, owner of the restaurant “Piccolo Lago” in Verbania. Again, the guests could enjoy an outstanding 10-course menu including select wines from South Tyrol.
