Two brilliant spirits with a shared passion
On June 27th star chef Claudio Sadler, one of the most prestigious Chefs in Italy, invited to a gourmet dinner of a special kind.
Together with gourmet Chef Peter Oberrauch Claudio created culinary delights between tradition and modernity: two totally different cooking styles were merged and the result was extraordinary. Tsarskaya roysters with Mojito-Sorbet, Ridings Reserve Beef as well as a dream of white chocolate, pistachio and raspberry were just some of the many exclusive gourmet-highlights of this evening.
Among the guests there were quite a few notable experts, such as Claudio Sacco alias Viaggiatore Gourmet, an internationally well-known blogger and restaurant tester.
