Chef Patissière Melanie Fürruther recently became the newest member of Peter Oberrauchs Team at Hotel Paradies. As one of the best she already cooked on Peter Oberauch’s side in the 5-Star Superior Interalpen-Hotel Tyrol in Austria. In the meantime, she got a very important team member in the team of Hotel Paradies and indulges her guests with excellent creations.
